SHIPPING POLICY (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)

All shipping costs are calculated based on each garment’s destination and weight.

Orders can take 2-5 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer several shipping services, which include:

  • Standard Shipping + Tracking: 3-5 business days

  • Priority Shipping + Tracking: 2-3 business days

  • First Class International Shipping + Tracking: Usually 2-4 weeks, however this can vary due to customs, country, and mail courier.

  • Priority International Shipping + Tracking: 6-10 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct information (e-mail and address) in their order as the order will be shipped to the address provided.

HÉRITÉ is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to providing an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, please note that the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void.

Please note that shipping cannot be combined for multiple orders as all shipping is determined by weight.

HÉRITÉ is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged mail. We take great care in packaging every single one of your items so that it does not damage during shipping. If you believe that your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact

If your country is not listed above, we recommend choosing Priority International Shipping at checkout as tracking will be posted. If First Class International Shipping is chosen by a buyer from a country not listed above,

HÉRITÉ is also not responsible for packages unclaimed at customs.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final — returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before ordering.

If a promotional code is being offered in our shop, please be sure to apply the code before placing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to apply any promotional codes after an order is submitted.

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage and reworked clothing and accessories. We believe that this is what makes vintage items special — the fact that each piece has a history and has gone on its own unique journey. All items hand-picked and reworked by

Please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order before it ships out, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
